Finished this dress for Christine in Phantom of the Opera recently. I think it’s one of the most beautiful pieces we make. The silk is custom printed in England and made to mimic an actual victorian pattern.

That is from a really interesting artist who’s studio is on St. Marks Place between A and 1st. His name is James De La Vega. I used to love seeing his sidewalk art all along St. Marks Place while I walked to work in the East VIllage. I am especially fond of his fish with umbrellas.

I made Marco read this book, and he actually liked it. It is great and I totally agree with the review, it made me want to re-listen to all the music that is written about. I even downloaded songs Klosteman was talking about to listen to while reading.
