Tiff always wraps gifts that look a lot nicer than mine.Hey! I was going to take a photo of those and post about it when I got home. Thanks for stealing my thunder.
My neighbor keeps howling
at his T.V. I can hear him from the floor up. I assume it’s football related even though it sounds like he is having an intense orgasm.
Our neighbor does the same thing and it is the only way we ever know there is a game on.
Today I made fuzzy buttons. (photo by Marco)
I promise to put some gloves in your coat pocket next time we go out in the snow.
marco: It’s cold.
The mailbox seemed pleased after our encounter. (photo by Marco)
This is fantastic. I’d wear it.
Paper Dress : Jolis Paons
For my Creative Processes class I designed and made this paper dress purely out of phonebook paper! I pleated, stuck, sewed, and glued everything by hand.
Hi!
There was a lot of snow on the car. (Yup, that’s Tiff through that snow-brush-shaped hole.)
There was a lot more snow on the ground. And enough snow in the entire parking lot that there was absolutely no reasonable way we were getting out, even after we brushed off the entire car.
So my 5D Mark II is sitting at the UPS facility in the Bronx, without me. :(
My bridesmaid who caught the bouquet at our wedding is engaged! It works. Congratulations Lindsey! The ring is beautiful, wow.

peterwknox: Help.
“To investigate the durability of true love, American researchers scanned the brains of 17 men and women, who said they were still devoted to their spouses after an average of 21 years of marriage, as they looked at a photo of their partners. The scans were remarkably similar to those of people who had fallen in love within the past 12 months. In particular, a region at the heart of the brain called the ventral tegmental area lit up in both. It produces the feel-good chemical dopamine…However, the two sets of scans were not absolutely identical.
Those newly in love also showed activity in a part of the brain associated with obsession and anxiety, whereas the long-termers were using parts linked to calmness and the suppression of pain.”

I hate bears, but I love this. (especially fabric stores, and slip and slides)
